John Prine, 1947-2020 
On June 12, 2020, I became acquainted with John Prine (or rather, with the music of John Prine). This was more than two months after his untimely death, due to COVID 19. Meeting John through his music has been an important piece of my life journey, musically and spiritually. Here are a series of Meetinghouse commentaries I have written about John Prine and my experience of his music. I plan to write more, as I am working on a longer, yet-unnamed piece on the general subject of Jesus and John Prine.
